China Glaze Anklets of Amethyst

Evening all. It's cold, wet and miserable down here in Melbourne. So tonight I have a cheery, happy color with China Glaze Anklets of Amethyst. I had been eyeing this particular shade for a little while before finally caving in my need to own yet another purple. Well, is it truly purple? No, it's a lovely pinky, purpley shimmery gorgeous polish that I just love.

As you can see it looks pretty purple in the bottle.

Anklets of Amythyst with 3 coats and no topcoat, the pinky sheen of the polish comes out depending on the light.

Close up you can see the blue shimmery flecks and the different purpley pinkness.

  So, do you need this polish? Yes! The photos don't do true justice to how lovely this polish is and when I was putting it on I didn't want to take it off. It is so pretty and makes you want to stare at your nails all day. It needed 3 coats to have no visible nail line, but application was great and dried quickly. I can say I am very happy to have Anklets of Amethyst in my collection :) What do you think?
