Girly Bits Stormy Skies

This evenings blog pretty well much follows on from yesterdays dusky blue polish loveliness. Tonight I have for you Girly Bits Stormy Skies. I ordered a few of the Girly Bits polishes from Harlow & Co when they had a restock a few weeks ago...and Stormy Skies was one that called to me!

So what does Stormy Skies look like? She looks like a dusky blue polish with glittery goodness through out. The glitters weren't quite as obvious as most glittery indie polishes tend to be and for that I was actually pretty happy. Not all manis have to scream look at me with in-your-face glitteryness (and yes, this is not really a word, but you know what it means!). Anyways, on to Stormy Skies.

So, you can see that this color isn't too far off the China Glaze Sea Spray, but it has just that bit more glam appeal. The last photo shows that Stormy Skies would benefit greatly from a nice Seche top coat (I ran out of time!) but you can still see how pretty this color is :) Without a base color I would image opaqueness in 2-3 coats depending on how thick you apply your polish.

Hope you liked Stormy Skies!
